Особливості управління металургійними підприємствами у процесі їх реструктуризації

до отдельного предприятия. Показано, что балансовый метод органично вписывается в процессную модель отельного предприятия, поскольку бизнес-процессы отдельной производственной системы связаны между собой через понятия «поставщик» и «клиент» процесса. На основании выполненного анализа в структуре предприятия выделено 4 функциональных ансамбля (ФА) (составляющие Стратегической карты BSC) и 8 бизнес – процессов (БП). Схема взаимодействия функциональных ансамблей в рамках балансовой схемы планирования проанализирована посредством операций над графами и матрицами. В результате была получена сбалансированная модель отдельного металлургического предприятия, ее уравнение и сформирован общий алгоритм планирования программы реструктуризации предприятия с учетом процедур диагностики и разрешения целевых противоречий, а так же сетевой график выполнения данных работ. Экономически обоснована целесообразность использования полученной модели в условиях реструктуризации металлургического предприятия.

Dissertation is devoted to theoretical substantiation and improvement of management principles in enterprise in the process of its restructuring, and also development the practical recommendations in relation to diagnostics and conflict resolution in aims, which arise the result of interests of enterprise. On the basis of analysis of concept present in domestic and abroad scientific literature „restructuring of enterprise”, author his interpretation. Sustained the possibility of mechanism description of contradictions forming in having special purpose options of the production systems of the «functional ensemble» conditioned as aggregate of elementary managing units of the component sensor-based system of separate functional process. In theory possibility of the use for diagnostics of potential contradictions in aims in transition from approach at raising of aims to approach on the basis of functional ensembles by the mathematical vehicle of the graph theory and construction of matrix (balanced) case frame is the balanced model of enterprise with structural elements is functional ensemble, which enables consistently to use the parameters of enterprise for forming the matrix models at sub of (metallurgical production a ferro-alloy and etc) particular a branch level, and levels of separate enterprise. Equalization of the balanced co-operation of functional ensembles of metallurgical enterprise, which determines that most degree of influence on efficiency of its activity does financial component strategic card of the system of the balanced indexes, is got.
